  1. Worked collaboratively with the Council for Diversity & Inclusion at John Tyler Communty College in developing a Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan to increase the recruitment, retention, and success of faculty, staff, and students as well as enhance community relations in all service areas.
  2. Worked collaboratively with faculty leaders at Old Dominion University to develop the CORE2 Infrastructure (Committing our Resources to Excellence through Equity) to increase the recruitment, retention, and success of a diverse faculty.
  3. Conducted an extensive data-gathering process for a Virginia based community college with students, faculty, staff, senior administrators, community members, and other Virginia Community College System schools to provide recommendations on the establishment of a customer contact center. Recommendations also included cost-benefit analysis, before and after workflow processes and staff development, along with technology considerations.
  4. Newport News Public School’s Smart, Safe, Schools initiative as evaluation consulting.

  7. Indiana Minority Health Coalition leadership strategic plan; dissaffiliation processes, and continuous improvement strategies for state-wide effectiveness and impact.
